  • デジタル商品券を利用する際には、携帯電話番号（SMS受信可能なもの・ガラケー不可）、メールアドレスが必要です。

デジタル商品券ウェブアプリ【推奨環境】

デジタル商品券ウェブアプリを使用して、デジタル商品券をご利用いただきます。デジタル商品券ウェブアプリの推奨環境は以下のとおりです。

１．有効期限内に限りご利用いただけます。有効期限を過ぎた場合は無効となります。

２．本商品券のお申込みは、電子商品券のみとなります。（紙商品券・現金でのお渡しは対応致しません。）

３．本商品券取扱店舗は予告なく変更することがあります。

４．申込みに際しては、個人情報保護指針を確認し、同意いただいたものといたします。

    １. お申し込みいただいたメールアドレス宛に、５万円分の商品券がチャージされたアカウント情報（ログイン用ID/パスワード）が届きます。
    詳細はお知らせをご確認ください。メール到着までに最大2ヶ月かかります。
    ※期日までにメールが届かない場合には、お手数ですが、本サイトの問い合わせページよりお問い合わせをお願いいたします。
    （問い合わせページは3月1日から開設予定です）

    ２. 特設サイトのユーザーログインページからログインサイトにアクセスし、メールに記載のアカウント情報を元にログインを行なってください。
    なお、ログイン時はお申し込みいただいた電話番号にSMSが届きます。
    届いたSMSをもとにSMS認証を行なってください。

    今後のご案内はメールにて配信いたします。
    @bluelab.co.jp と @minato.ticket-dx.jpドメインのメールアドレスからお送りいたしますので
    上記ドメイン（@bluelab.co.jp と @minato.ticket-dx.jp）からのメールが受信できるように
    スマートフォンやパソコンの設定を今一度ご確認ください。
